Believe in Yourself - Believe in Others!

When you believe in your employees you have a sense of trust that allows you to leave the office each evening with confidence. When you have great employees, you feel comfortable when you're away on business. And when your team is filled with skilled people they take their their job seriously because it is their life.

At the end of the day, you know that your company's future is in good hands.

It starts with doing your homework and checking the reports. That level of confidence comes from getting to know your people before they walk through your door as an employee.

A background check does not need to be performed for every candidate. As part of the application process, it should be disclosed that a background check may be performed.

Next, narrow the field of candidates to those that are best qualified. And before you make them an offer, you should perform, at a minimum, the following searches.

  1. Social Security Verifications
  2. Worker's Compensation History
  3. County Criminal History for the past 7 years
  4. Ultimate Data

Depending on the position you are hiring for, you may have a need to do more screening, such as verifying degrees, licenses or any other required information provided by the candidate.

Workers Compensation records can be vital to ensure your company's well-being. By hiring employees with good safety records your ensure the safety of your company. This search will help identify applicants that may pose a threat to your company as well as the safety of one your most valuable assets: your employees.
